Our unique branding backed by solid research
Internal Branding® was registered as a trademark by PR Consulting Dentsu in 2003. It is an approach to branding that involves creating power to attract people and increasing the value of an organization by sharing issues within the organization and acting together with the same consciousness toward one vision (goal).
Based on this idea as well as our past achievements and the results of our Internal Branding® Survey (conducted in August 2019), we have developed a new Internal Branding® Model. Based on this Internal Branding® Model, we promote corporate branding and contribute to corporate growth.

Promoting the philosophy of acting consciously
This model is based on the approach that the key driver for enhancing engagement* is a "philosophy" supported by three elements: Working Condition, Motivation, and Relation.
Philosophy here does not only refer to the corporate philosophy. It is a word that indicates the direction that an organization should aim for. Depending on the company, some may express this as their mission or vision instead of philosophy. Even in such cases, we still define it as a philosophy.
In order to enhance engagement, it is important to not just convey the philosophy from the top down, but to ensure employees feel good about it and to connect it to actions that will encourage them to act consciously. In addition, the three elements that support engagement are Working Condition, Motivation, and Relation. Working Condition can be considered an obvious item that is maintained among companies of a certain size. To further enhance engagement, it is important for employees to feel purpose regarding Motivation and to have compassionate relationships with one another regarding Relation.
Based on this Internal Branding® Model, we drive internal communication, increase engagement, and promote corporate branding.
