PR Consulting Dentsu (PRCD) announced today that it has received the highest three-star “Eruboshi” certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as a company that promotes women’s participation and advancement in the workplace.

Eruboshi certification is a system whereby companies that apply are evaluated for their achievements outlined in the Act on the Promotion of Female Participation and Career Advancement in the Workplace. The five categories evaluated are recruitment, continued employment, working hours and methods, ratio of women in managerial positions, and diverse career paths. Excellent companies are granted certification by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare. The highest certification of three stars is awarded to companies which have met the standards in all five categories.

PR Consulting Dentsu fulfilled all five categories and was awarded three stars, the highest certification.
