Tokyo, March 17, 2020—Dentsu Public Relations Inc. has today announced the appointment of Masahiro Makiguchi, as President & CEO of the company.
Effective immediately, the appointment follows formal approval granted at today’s Shareholders’ Meeting and subsequent Board of Directors’ Meeting.
After joining parent company Dentsu Inc. in 1990, Makiguchi headed various key divisions within the company, most recently serving as Managing Director of the Corporate Communications Division. He was appointed to the Board of Directors at Dentsu Public Relations Inc. as a Managing Director in January 2020. He holds a degree in law from the University of Tokyo.
