We provide support to government agencies and local governments so that they can fulfill their accountability to their diversifying stakeholders and promote consensus building. We propose PR projects that involve taking steps alongside individual activities.

Maximizing effects through correct PDCA
With the diversification of stakeholders, it is becoming necessary for government agencies and local governments to promote consensus building while fulfilling their accountability. No matter how good an administration’s measures are, it will not be able to sufficiently fulfill its role if the measures are not accurately communicated and understood by citizens, and if consensus is not built.
In addition, administrative measures and services require consideration and decision-making from a consumer perspective. It is important to promote dialogue that involves clarifying one's attitude and direction, and grasping what the citizens expect from the government as well as the kinds of things they are dissatisfied with through public hearing activities. Furthermore, dissemination of information made to engage the audience is effective when the number of people who want to discover or use a service is limited.
To improve accuracy in such efforts, we propose PDCA-type PR projects that involve taking steps alongside individual activities.
